Learn moreThe core idea
Most professionals have used AI to draft an email. Very few can yet imagine it inside the work that actually matters.
Despite real investment in tools, access and policy, the gains rarely materialise across a workforce. Tools sit underused. The most active users keep extracting value while the majority dabble at the edges.
This isn’t a problem of access or prompting technique. Both are easily resolved. The real barrier is psychological: an imagination problem. Until people can picture AI in the judgement-heavy parts of their work, no quantity of tutorials or prompt cards will produce sustained, organisation-wide adoption.
Read the full thesisWe come to this as scientists of the human mind first.
Our training draws on the cognitive science of how people think, learn, and decide to build capability that lasts: not platform tricks with a six-month shelf life, but durable ways of thinking that hold up on judgement-heavy work.

What we teach
We train people to work with large language models.
Three things, in every engagement.
It is very easy to accept an output that seems good enough and settle, and to miss that something far better was one sentence away. That is what we train.
01
Spot the task
Identifying the tasks inside your own role where a large language model genuinely helps.
02
Work the model
Prompting and conversing in a way that gets the most out of it, injecting your own professional expertise into the conversation rather than accepting whatever comes back.

- ChatGPT
- Gemini
- Copilot
03
Think with it
The creative, flexible, experimental thinking that makes both of those possible. Not a set of prompts. How to think with the tool.
What changes
What changes afterwards, and why it lasts.
Each follows from the last.
-
01
Productivity
When used at work, AI helps people get things done more quickly, enhances the quality of their output, and even enhances creativity.
-
02
Capability
When people are more productive on the mundane tasks, it frees them up for the work that asks for judgement, creativity and care, the work where they stretch and grow.
-
03
Retention
People who are growing tend to be happier at work.
-
And that is what keeps good people in the room.
Who this is for
Three kinds of work, and the people who do them.
Organisations whose people do knowledge work: the reading, writing, analysing, advising and deciding that fills a professional week.
For a team or a whole organisation
Organisation trainingFor one person: leaders, professionals in teams, independent practitioners
One-to-one professional developmentJudgement-heavy work
Advisers, reviewers, assessors and decision-makers.
Roles where the value sits in the call being made: advice, review, assessment, and decisions with consequences.
Writing, analysis and reporting
Teams that produce documents, briefs, reports and analysis.
Teams that produce documents, briefs, reports and analysis week in, week out.
The repetitive work that eats capable people’s weeks
Skilled people kept from the work they were hired to do.
Admin, drafting, summarising, formatting, and the recurring tasks that keep skilled people from the work they were hired to do.

“Very engaging, and liked that it was split over 4 sessions to enable maintained focus.”
Start a conversation
Let’s build capability that outlasts the next tool.
No storefront, no fixed packages. The shape of any engagement is developed with you. It begins with a conversation.
